As Chesapeake UAS Route Network (CURN) Project Manager, Ben is responsible for providing a management approach that embraces the execution of establishing, implementing, and operating the CURN. Prior to this, he was a Program Analyst contractor for the FAA’s Office of NextGen under the UAS and Commercial Space portfolios for a couple years. Prior to that, he led a team to the successful completion of multiple research projects supporting various Gov't/DoD entities such as the FAA, United States Air Force, United Arab Emirates, and Department of Homeland Security. Before attending Embry-Riddle, Ben worked as a Maintenance Controller for a Part 135 Aircraft Charter Company.

Ben graduated with a M.S. in Aeronautics specializing in UAS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2018. He received his B.S. in Air Traffic Management from Middle Georgia State College in 2015.
